Sydney hosts "Short+Sweet" which is the largest festival of 10 minute plays in the world. After watching one of Emily's friend's plays (Jan. 27, 2013), we enjoyed Newtown (think hippy throw-back to the 1960's town like Santa Cruz) where this place was serving the below for Australia Day:
Note: Lamington is a quintessential Australian dessert. It's typically served as a sponge cake with chocolate and coconut (and not gelato).
